Facebook has really immerged at the forefront of internet marketing. It has millions of users and is a great way to make business connections and promote your business to potential customers. However, there is a little strategy behind being able to use Facebook as an effective Internet marketing and online survey software tool.
Here are some suggestions on how to use Facebook for your business networking needs.
Friends. Try to get as many friends/fans as possible. A good number to try to reach for is 300. The more people you have that like your page the more your business’ page will be exposed and out there for people to see and use.
Videos. Try to create a video that introduces yourself and your business. You can make it a formal video or a fun video but it should be informational. Try to encourage people to pass it around and get the word out there about your business.
Encourage Activity. Contests, questions and polls are all a great way to encourage people who like your page to be involved. It also looks great when people are interacting with the company as it looks like you offer a personal service to customers.
Post Wall Comments. Try to leave wall comments on friend’s walls as it will allow their friends to see your business and hopefully join up. It is a great way to get the word out there and get your name out there to more followers.
Link Back. Try to create links back to your Facebook whenever possible. This could be on Twitter, your website or even your business card. People can’t be involved if they do not know about your Facebook account.
